Network printer not discovered

Print the network setup page, confirm Ethernet link lights, and add via IP. Many Lexmark devices prefer static addressing in managed offices.

Cartridge authentication

Use cartridges appropriate for your region/model. Authentication errors after third-party supplies may require genuine Lexmark supplies for testing.

Held / confidential jobs

If jobs vanish into held status, check the printerâ€™s Confidential Print / held jobs menu and release or delete them.
