Independent service
We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by printer manufacturers (including HP, Canon, Brother, Epson, Lexmark, Xerox and Samsung) unless expressly stated in writing. We are not “official” manufacturer support.
Brand names are used only to describe compatibility and troubleshooting context. We do not provide manufacturer warranty service unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
Website content
Guides and the wizard are general information. Follow safety steps in your printer’s manual. You are responsible for backing up data and for changes you make to your network or devices.
Support requests & pricing
Submitting a form is a request for contact, not an automatic contract for paid work. Paid technical support is for businesses only. Any paid work is confirmed with scope and price before it starts. See Pricing and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site (attacks, scraping that degrades service, submitting unlawful content, or impersonating manufacturers).
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that UK law does not allow to be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect loss or for issues arising from third-party software, consumables or manufacturer defects beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live in the UK.
