Enter the printer IP in a browser to check status, supplies and network. Changing Wiâ€‘Fi from the EWS is often easier than the panel.

Offline after VLAN changes

Office network changes break discovery. Set a reserved DHCP lease and update the Windows port.

Print quality defects

Run Xerox print-quality routines from the panel. Note whether defects are colour-specific before replacing drums or toner.

Use Xerox Support for Print Drivers and Utilities â€” avoid bundled toolbars from third-party sites.
